Awards

At Silverdale St John’s we are a learning community and celebrate each other’s achievements at the end of every week.  On Friday afternoons we have a sharing assembly where children from each class will bring work they are particularly proud of to show to the rest of the school.

On Fridays we award a selection of certificates; Head Teacher’s Merits, Star of the Week Award certificates, Values Awards and other certificates for sporting tournaments.  We also have House Teams (Coniston, Scafell and Helvellyn) which accumulate points each week towards being the end of each half-term’s winning team.

Every week, parents, grandparents and any other family members are welcome to join us in our celebrations.
